Andrew: I'm doing this to get back into shape like I once was. I don't want to have to keep worrying about my blood pressure because of my weight. I don't want to count on my CPAP machine to keep me safe when I go to sleep. I want my health back in order. I'm too damn young to have these issues.
Ryane: I'm 27 years old. I'm ready to take care of myself. Get in motion and lose some pounds. I'm tired of being tired and worn out. I'm looking for energy, to see more in myself. I know I can do this. I'm motivated. I want to be healthy. I want to have kids. I'm doing this for me and my future.
